Wordfast Pro 3.1 not starting

I have Wordfast Pro 3.1 and this morning I tried to open it and this message popped out:

"The Wordfast executable launcher was unable to locate its companion launcher jar."

What can I do? I do not understand what happened, but now I can't use Wordfast!

Help please!

Thanks for your suggestion, but why is it necessary to reinstall the new version? Has this version some flaws? I installed the new version less than a month ago...

To reinstall, shoud I go to the Wordfast website?

Dear Clara,

I mean: does re-installation helps in general?

If you already have the installer of WFP 3.1 on your machine, there is no problem, just try to reinstall it.

First try to keep configuration files during the process, by answering YES when you are asked to keep them.

Sorry but I do not know how to reinstall Wrodfast, the program does not do anything, could you please guide me on how to do it?

Dear Clara,

Are you on Windows or Mac?

Please download and install the latest version of Wordfast Professional available at:
http://www.wordfast.com/store_download.html

For Windows, when you install the new version, it will ask you to uninstall the old one; there is no other option. But when it asks you to keep configuration files, select "Yes".

Please let me know.
