Problem with translated .ppt not saving successfully to translated .ppt

Just as the topic says: there doesn't seem to be any problem with the .txml file, or the content therein, but when I try to save that to a translated .ppt file, it treats the file as a broken file when I try to open it. PowerPoint then attempts to repair it, but ends up removing all the content inside.
If someone could have a look at it, it would be a great help.
