Hello
I'm a WF new user.
I don't know how to update my TM.
I finished my translation using WF, I cleaned the file and I also saved an unclean version (as I was asked to do by the agency).
Then I changed the cleaned version (after proofreading, typo check, etc).
Now, how can I save/update the last changes into my TM?

Go to Wordfast menu or select the Wordfast icon, then select the Tools tab, go to Tools, click the Clean-up button and answer Yes to "Update the translation memory?".
The Quick-clean function cleans the document, but DOES NOT update the translation memory.

Thank you for answering Andrzej.
The problem is that I did the very last changes on the clean version and I think your procedure only works for changes done on the unclean version.
Now I have 2 files:
-unclean version (last modified on september the 7th)
-clean version (last modified on september the 8th)
As a consequence the changes I've done today are not in my
in my TM (I checked).
How can I update my TM?
I followed your procedure, but in my TM last changes still don't appear.

... and make the changes there.
Then, do as suggested above: Wordfast button > Tools > Tools > Clean-up. When prompted about updating the translation memory, click "Yes".
Your TM will be updated, and the clean-up process will also have created a .bak unclean file, with the changes.

Many thanks.
I actually had to redo all changes on the unclean file!
Now I know the only way is correcting the unclean file and saving TM from setup tab tools etc.

You should have done the proofreading in the uncleaned version. Now you know for next time
Anyway, now that you've already done the changes in the cleaned version, you can only re-do them in the uncleaned version and "UpdateWithQuickClean" (in Pandora Box) or save a copy and clean, or directly open the TM and enter the changes there.

You have to activate the Pandora Box command "UpdateWithQuickClean" by removing the underscore.
(unless you have a very old version of WF...)
