[SOLVED] Help with saving a translated file
Thread poster: jessicacm

I finished working on a ppt file and when I tried to save it, a pop up told me there was a problem aligning the document. This has never happened before.

I tried creating a new txml file and clicking on Translate All. When I tried to save it once more, same pop up happened.

The original file seems to be fine too. The analysis goes smoothly.

Any help would be appreciated.

Which version of WFP? Jan 14, 2014

This might be of help if you are not working with the latest version:

Updating is easy with WFP. Just download and run it, and when it asks during the installation, keep your current documents and settings etc.

A suggestion Jan 14, 2014

Here is a suggestion: save your original PPT as PPTX, open the PPTX in WFP and retranslate it. It should be very fast since all translations should be in the TM. Then see if you can save the translated file.

It is the latest version, but Dominique, your advise worked perfectly! Thank you so much! Thanks both for your suggestions.
