Dear Yasmin and/or WFPro Staff,
I am planning to buy a couple or maybe three licenses: one for myself perhaps and the other two for two of my colleagues ("x" and "y") whom I frequently work with. I will finance them these licenses but my question is: what will happen if for some reason that I don't anticipate but one never knows, I need to have back the license I bought for my colleague "x" and give it to another colleague (let's say "z"). What would you suggest for this scenario?

If you're purchasing more than one license, contact tgb@proz.com and we can set up a special discount link for you.

I will wait on confirmation from Yasmin on licensing. One possibility might be to associate the licenses for your colleagues to an email address that you control - i.e. Translator1@yourdomain.com and translator2@yourdomain.com in this way you would be giving those colleagues the login details to use those licenses, but, in the event that something happens and you need to make a change, you should be able to edit the password for those accounts/emails and effectively "lock out" the former colleague, giving the new login/password to your new colleague. Perhaps Yasmin can confirm.

Hi Fernando,

Officially, if you give one of your translators a license, you cannot get it back from them. The only way it would be removed from their machine is if their install number changed or the licenses expired (after the 3 year period is up). Please contact me directly at kmarrero at wordfast dot com to come up with a solution.
