Error when trying to do a TM lookup

I am working with a remote TM - added to the TM List - is active!

But when I try to do a TM lookup I receive the following error:

No TM found. Please select TM from TM List

but the TM is selected (it is a remote TM but link was established and seems to work).

Has anybody else encountered this error?

If yes - what is to do?

Maybe the Remote TM is marked as read only and you have no other active TM?

Since I only do QM all the TM's are read only - and it is active and no other TM is checked. But I still get the error message.
