Wordfast Classic delivery

After using the trial version of Wordfast for many years, last Saturday (at 3PM EST) I was forced to buy a license to be able to handle a project with a TM that exceeded the maximum amount of 500 TUs allowed by the trial version.
I bought it through the share it! service that links directly from their website. The email invoice I received says the following:

"The publisher of "Wordfast service or product payment (EUROS)" has been notified and is responsible for delivering this product.

The publisher will deliver the product within 6 hours."

Here we are on Monday afternoon, and I've yet to receive the license.

I've already written to Wordfast directly and also sent them a reminder through share it!

Is this normal, or do I have every reason to be totally freaked out?

Are you sure it is not done automatically, as described here?

No, this applies only to people who downloaded WFC after they've logged in to the WFC web site using their WFC username and password. If I understand correctly, George still hasn't received his login details.

George, try logging into the WFC site using your e-mail address and "asdf" as the password, to see if your e-mail address is recognised already (ask for a password reminder). Once you've logged in, you can download WFC (it will be a customised version that is linked to your username/password). I agree that this wait is uncharacteristic.

Added: George, check your spam folder. WFC mails have ended up in my Spam folder on Gmail in the past.

Comcast blocks mail from Wordfast Mar 17, 2015

George uses a Comcast e-mail address and Comcast currently happens to block mail sent via Wordfast's server. Gmail may filter some promotional e-mail, but not things like confirmation messages after a purchase.

Sam is right. You cannot download the installation file unless you log in with the credentials provided via e-mail.
It appears that Comcast blocked the email, and that's the reason I never received the credentials until Wordfast support sent them to me from a different domain.

I can breath now
