Does anyone know of a way to access and use my autocorrect/spellcheck list in WF Pro?

I have a nice MS-Word list set up with which will instantly transform something like prc into "People's Republic of China". How can I use that in WF Pro?

Use macro to export your list of AutoCorrect entries Nov 2, 2015

After you've exported your Autocorrect entries, you will be able to import them into Wordfast. It's been a while since I've last worked with WF, but I think this might work.
