Keyboard shortcuts stopped working in Word with WFC

Hi. I have the latest version of WFC running with Word 2016. Everything was working fine, but not too long ago, the keyboard shortcuts stopped working and I have to click on the toolbar buttons to make it work. How can I fix this? Thanks.

Does your computer have an Intel graphics adapter, and are the affected shortcuts Ctrl+Alt+arrows? If so, you may want to have a look at this:
