Hello,

I am working on a translation and I need to add a footnote to the source text; any ideas on how to do that?

Many thanks,

Rosa

Footnotes are a feature of Microsoft Word, not of Wordfast. If there are footnotes in your source document, you will be able to process them in Wordfast (of course, how you do it in practice depends on the version of Wordfast, which you didn’t bother to mention). If not, you will need to add them yourself. Here is how to do so:

https://support.office.com/en-gb/article/Insert-or-create-footnotes-and-endnotes-8129a93c-2f1e-4288-a68f-9ea10d466103

Again, this may or may not apply to the particular version of MS Office you are using, since you didn’t mention that either.
