Has anyone else had this problem? I recognised a word in a text I knew I'd translated before, but when I tried a context search nothing came up. I searched the memory file, and there was the exact same word, spelled just as I searched for it, although part of a compound German word.

Now I translated the word again, and today's translation does appear in the context search.

I also noticed that in the last couple of versions of Wordfast the context search doesn't work automatically: when I mark a word and press Ctrl-Alt-C, it doesn't always search straight away: the box comes up instead for me to write a word in.

I have 5.22u1, Word 2003, XP.

Please use the latest version. Yves played around with context search for a while. It's beter now. It offers more features you hadn't thought off and the former standard behaviour is back.

Regards,
Gerard

... than 5.22u1? I tried updating, then tested it on the same word, and it still only found the newer translation in the TM.
