Basically you need to export the Trados TM into TMX format and than simply open the TMX in Wordfast.

There is an article on the subject on www.wordfast.net. Go to Community and then Knowledge.

They didn't send me the TMX file. It's not a big or complicated job so I'll manage without it this time. I'll be sure to ask for a TMX in future.
