I am a professional translator and I have my translator work for 5 years.

I took my major for Socio Economic of Agriculture in Jember University East Java, I helped many translations sourced from my lecturers and friends concerning with book and researches during my bachelor degree study. The translation could be categorized as follow:

1. Sociology, Economic & Socio Economic Book
2. Journals
3. Summary of researches

I also established my English Club as the division part of University student in my College. I became the initiator and the leader as well for this club. In the other hand, at the same time I had my position as Vice Manager of Community Radio for Socio Economic Major of Agriculture.
Beside as vice manager, I handled the English session as announcer and coordinator division.

Next, as the bachelor degree completed, I got my scholarship to continue to master degree, still in Jember University and same major for Agribusiness/Socio Economic). I had my experience in translating books and also journals for my College.

As part time job, I joined JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency) project for Natural Disaster Management as Interpreter and coordinator of small workshop. There were many experts joined this project and I assisted several of them. The expertise I had assisted were flood water engineer, geologyst, early warning expert & community development expert. the contribution I made were :

- as field interpreter and minute writer,
- translator for manual book, regulation, presentation translation and report translation

In the middle of my study and my work with JICA, I was sent by my University as sit in students in University of Philiphines of Los banos for about 6 months.

I got my Graduation in 2009 from my master degree and fortunately being directly recruited by JICA project again, but for different project title in Jember area. It was about 'Integrated Mitigation of Banjir Bandang in Kabupaten Jember'. This time JICA put me as Project Assistant who worked as liaison person and interpreter as well. In this case, I experience for making detail translation and well-checked editing for any entry translation. I become both, for translator and sometime editor for other translation result. I have this job until now, but I plan to resign and I am entering for freelance translator.

Regarding with my background of education, basis of my specialization is concerning with socio economics, economic, and agriculture. And as additional knowledge, maybe water engineering could be included as one of my speciality since I had experienced working with JICA expert for water resources.

Full of responsibility, detail and hard in work, improved-oriented, professional and cheerful are totally my personality.
