Here it is:

Pommes château

Pour 4 personnes

Ingrédients:
1200 gr. pommes de terre bintje
60 gr. beurre fondu
10 gr. sel et poivre
10 gr. persil hâché

Instructions:
Tourner les pommes de terre (un peu plus petit que la pomme nature). Blanchir, égoutter, rissoler au four.
Dégraisser, persillé
