I've come up with restitutory obligation of credit remittance but I'm really not sure.

Context
In particolare “l’assenza dell’onere restitutorio delle rimesse attive, la reciprocità delle stesse, nonché l’inesigibilità e l’’indisponibilità del saldo del conto corrente fino alla chiusura dello stesso” non concorrono a qualificare l’accordo di cash pooling come un’operazione relativa ad un finanziamento da mettere in relazione con il patrimonio netto.
