Reconstrucción Acta de nacimiento Duplicate Original of Birth Certificate Explanation: In Spain, at least, "reconstrucción de documentos" refers to reconstructing an original document that has been lost or destroyed. According to Black's Law Dictionary (8th ed.), in English this is "duplication": Duplicate-(2) A new original, made to replace an instrument that is lost or destroyed. Reconstrucción Acta de nacimiento reconstruction of report of birth Explanation: I would really like to see this document in order to be sure, but it sounds like they are talking about a birth that was not reported until later and therefore had to be "reconstructed".
