D'autre part, dois-je traduire ici "cinture" par "harnais" OU "ceintures" ?

Per quanto riguarda le cinture di sicurezza, io metterei "sangles de sécurité"o semplicement "sangles" - mi sembra che nei passeggini e nei seggiolini le chiamino così.
Quindi, "grâce aux sangles et à la barre de sécurité..."
