Der Begriff Ueberplanung bzw. ueberplanen scheint lt. Google sehr haeufig im Bereich Staedteplanung benutzt zu werden. Leider ist mir nicht mal im Deutschen klar, was der Begriff bedeutet, geschweige denn, dass ich die korrekte Uebersetzung irgendwo finden konnte.

Wer kann mir (absolut Staedteplanerisch-architektonisch fachfremd) erklaeren, was es bedeutet?
