Que el gofre es bastante grueso, esponjoso, y que por lo tanto, los agujeritos que tiene (los hoyitos estos tipicos) son más profundos y por lo tanto no se escurre con tanta facilidad todo lo que le quieras echar al gofre (mantequilla, azúcar, canela, mermelada, nata montada, siropes, miel, etc. etc).
