turnover exclusive of VAT for the last financial year
Explanation:
"hors taxe" refers to the price or income before applying the VAT rate. (value added tax). I think it should be mentioned.

turnover before tax on last period

Explanation:
agree that it should be dernier exercice écoulé - the last period,

In statutory accounts you can write it as 'the last period' or 'during the financial year'. I'd have thought that HT is hors taxe although it's normal put as before tax, so not too sure about that....

neutral  Tony M: It's not really 'before tax', Julie --- it's really 'value of sales excluding VAT' // It's a very common way of expressing sales etc. figures over here in France

-> morning Tony. I know that it's not exactly before tax but excluding, I just found HT odd in this case so presumed that's what they mean, but I suppose it has to be what they've put !:)

pre-tax turnover for the last financial year

Explanation:
Whether you say "financial year" or "period" may depend on geography - in the UK I think "financial year" would be more common, but less sure about the US.

(One thing puzzles me - turnover is not something that you would normally talk about as being pre- or post-tax; turnover is turnover, pure and simple. It's normally profit that's pre- or post-tax.)
