Explanation:
Das einzige, was hier Sinn machen würde, wäre wohl, dass der Tubus so verformt werden soll, dass er sich möglichst glatt in den Bronchus einpasst - sei es, dass für die Luftströmung keine große Stufenbildung oder tote Ecken vorhanden sein sollen, oder dass der Tubus möglichst dicht abschließen muss, damit daneben kein Leck entsteht. Von daher ist mit "bronchialer Fortsatz" vielleicht "bronchiale Fortsetzung" gemeint.
