Thank you all. One phylosophy in translation is in my opinion that the target language should try to reflect the source language structure (the form), if appropriate, while bringing out the meaning. For this reason:

Ray's and Ozethai's proposals are not choosen. Besides conveyancing might not have the specific meaning of the asked term, for it mainly says an interest in property is transferred legally and is too general.

I sensed that the "title" in English means the specific documents evidencing an ownership interest in property, though it is often used interchangeably with "ownership", but the nuance between them still make sense in choosing this word rather than ownership.

In sum, I would prefer to use "effect the title transfer registration formalities".
