Developer Workbench Basics: The Data Perspective

Eclipse contains several different ****perspectives****. A perspective is a special group of editors and views, oriented towards a specific role or task. In the Developer Workbench, the default perspective is the Data perspective. In order to use the data development functionality of the Developer Workbench, you must be in the Data perspective.

The different perspectives that you can choose from are located next to the toolbar, in a section that holds the perspective that is currently open. You can also change perspectives by selecting Window > Open Perspective from the main menu. As with workspaces, only one perspective can be active at any given time.

perspective和view都是视图，但连用时怎么区分？总不能用一个词表达。

从上下文看，让我想起dreamweaver安装完毕之后会让用户选择从“设计师布局”和“程序员布局”之中选择。选择之后各种panel的view不一样，前者是给graphic designer 用的，后者是给programmer用的，我觉得这里应该是这三个层次。。。

工作区->布局->视图

当然，根据语境是这样，具体perspective有没有其他相应说法，真的不晓得。。。
