French term or phrase: absence de rémunération des fonds momentanément disponibles
This rather puzzling line is one of several conditions for the operation of a bank account. The account is to be opened in the name of a property management company, who will have authority, in certain cases, to make payments to suppliers and contractors, without the consent of the co-owners of the apartments.

Thanks in advance.

English translation:interest will not be paid on funds which are available from time to time/for a short time
Explanation:
"From time to time" is a commonly used expression in banking (in the UK, at any rate) referring to anything which happens on a one-off or non-regular basis. So it could be a suitable translation ofr "momentanément" here.

But there's an ambiguity - "momentanément" can also have the meaning of "temporarily, for a short time". Maybe your wider context suggests one particular interpretation?

This was the most helpful answer but thanks to all contributors. In the end I translated as "interest not payable on any funds held on a short-term basis" as it seemed to fit the rest of the context

no interest paid on short-term available funds

Explanation:
I'm only guessing here, but could it be that it's a 'deposit' type account where most of the time the funds attract interest but that these funds can become available 'momentarily' (to pay suppliers etc) and at these times the account attracts no interest?
