Hi. This is another park name.

I suppose I could go with "... Kaishu Kinen Park" but is there a way I could express "改修記念公園" in English?

改修 means it's renovated, but I think 'new' would be fine.

So, how 'bout just
Sabaishigawa New Memorial Park
or
New Sabaishigawa Memorial Park
I personally think you'd even be safe dropping the 'new' and going for
Sabaishi Memorial Park...

agree  Joyce A: I also feel that dropping the "new" would be safe and would go with "Sabaishigawa Memorial Park." It's clean. "改修" is not that key an issue here... I don't think, anyway. :-)
