What I have found so far about grade level is "niveau de langue"; but I don't think it is quite relevant to the context.
Context / We are here talking about solutions for editing paper producers to improve their market.

"We have excellent tools to reliably follow profitability down to customer and grade level, and recognize improvement potential."
which I have translated as > Nous possédons d'excellents outils qui nous permettent de tracer précisément la profitabilité depuis le client et le niveau de langue, et reconnaître le potentiel d'amélioration.
