Japanese term or phrase: 組む、バラス、準備、片付けなどの分担をする。
The phrase describes division of work responsibilites at a steel processing plant. I'd like suggestions/help for バラス. My first thought was "ballast" but I'm not sure if this fits and I can't seem to find any online references. Any suggestions/help would be greately appreciated.

Explanation:
”ばらす" means "分解する", but sounds more casual, I think.

I hope this helps.

Thank you so much for your response. I assumed that it was a direct translation of something into カタカナ. 大変助かりました。

agree  Minoru Kuwahara: agere; as yuzouren san says, it's opposite to 組む, that is, assemble. -
