a sealed, valid certificate of marriage, and if from abroad, sealed with an apostille where necessar Explanation: an apostille is a sealed certification needed as between certain non-Hague Convention countries -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 8 hrs (2007-07-24 14:06:10 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- I meant to say "a sealed, valid, CIVIL certificate of marriage" -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 8 hrs (2007-07-24 14:07:19 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- There are of course, other documents listed.....asker would need to enter them as separate questions if he needs translations |

Certificate of Legal Capacity to Contract Marriage Explanation: The words you have pasted on are a little bit out of the context, but I would presume you need to present: a Certificate of Legal Capacity to Contract Marriage = Certificado de CAPACIDAD MATRIMONIAL and/or CERTIFICADO DE SOLTERIA, that is a certificate confirming your civil status (that you are single and therefore able to contract marriage) |
