I would like to hear your suggestions for a translation, I have changed it several times, and I'm just not sure about it.
(Permanent Racing Circuit, Fixed Racing Circuit, Permanent Speedway Circuit, Fixed Speedway Circuit) or possibly something better????

permanent motor racing circuit
Explanation:
I assume the context is motor racing (cars / bikes).

That would be my take for the UK.

I think "permanent speedway" could be more in use in other parts, but I can't offer the same level of confidence on this.

Thanks to both of you, I finally found a web site to verify the answer that Carlos provided, this was a small difference, but since it was a contract, I wanted to try to get as close as possible
