Estoy traduciendo una carta de un centro médico sobre el tratamiento de un paciente con leucemia:

"Please be advised that our patient xxx has been treated at our facility since initially evaluated for a history of Leukemia in 2006. Mr. xxx has the diagnosis of AML. He has since had a stem cell transplant for Leukemia in January of 2007, an unrelated donor transplant on 1/26/07. Pt. had been inpatient 1/18/07 and discharged as of the date 2/12/07 from the hospital. He is agreed to share medical information in order **to assist his care needs**."

La expresión aparece de nuevo más adelante:

"Mr. xxx has been treated outpatien at the xxx since his discharge from xxx on 2/12/07. He had remained in a local residence **to assist his care needs** to remain near urgent medical staff and attention. Mr. xx requires multiple medications, labwork and bone marrow biopsies. He retains appointments in our clinic for follow up and medications. he has had to remain in the United States since his transplant to assess hsi clinical status; he had been unable to leave the country and/or the local vicinity since his discharge from the hospital due to an initial compromise in his immune system."

Me parece que la carta tiene errores de redacción. Nunca había escuchado "he is agreed to", por ejemplo, o "retains apointments". Tampoco me parece que se esté usando siempre el tiempo verbal correcto.
