I'm quite happy with "crop potential" for potentiel de récolte, but "crop potential is correct"? Apart from the fact that I find no google corroboration, this sounds odd to me. I'm sure there must be a proper term to express this. In fact, as you can see, they go on to "correct" the crop potential by carrying out green harvesting (reducing the number of bunches of grapes).

So it seems odd to state that it already is "correct". Correct for what, I wonder...
