Italian term or phrase: avute e prima d'ora ricevute
Komt uit de volgende zin:

"...quali somme i signori XX e XX dichiarano avere avute e prima d'ora ricevute dalla parte acquirente."

Mij lijkt "avute" en "ricevute" in deze zin in eerste instantie dubbelop, maar door dat "e prima d'ora" ben ik niet helemaal zeker van mijn zaak...
Kan ik het dus gewoon vertalen met (even kort door de bocht) "verklaren dat ze de bedragen hebben ontvangen" of ontbreekt er dan nog iets?
