Spanish term or phrase: pacto primero
Hi! I am not sure if here "pacto" refers to "recital" or "clause" (because it is clear it does not refer to "agreement":
"En cuanto a la prestación de servicios realizados al amparo de lo establecido en el Pacto Primero, número 1.1 del presente contrato y para la duración de los mismos"

Thanks in advance

personally, I would use clause, but covenant may suit your case better

this may help you decide whether "covenant" is right: http://www.lectlaw.com/def/c323.htm

But as I say, from the information you have provided, "clause" would be what I would use.
