غیر چکی Explanation: This is what non-check means. However, the current context is a bit vague. A casher, which has no entry in dictionaries, is one who cashes a "check." How can one consider such a person who does not accept a check. Could you please provide more context or explanation? Isn't it "non-check cashiers" (صندوقداران غیرچکی یا نقدی)? |

چک غیر بانکی Explanation: See http://www.time.com/time/magazine/article/0,9171,944905,00.h... for a full explanation of non-checks. They work just like checks but since they are not offered by banks, they cannot legally be called checks, at least in the USA. |
