Hello the only part I'm querying are the initials C.U., the only thing I can think of that is relevant here is "Certificat Universitaire" - this appears in a doctor's patient referral letter, and this term is listed under his qualifications. Thanks in advance!

  -> Thank you, but senology is used in English as gérontologie in French. And of course as you know the two words are not related, senology deals with breast conditions.
