Portuguese term or phrase: eo coc
Hello to all,

I found this at the header of a clinical case description from Portugal. It reads:

Paciente E.O. COC ansiosa
TA - 140/65
[followed by her other vital signs]

I think COC is "consciente, orientada e coerente", but I am not sure about E.O.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Thank you

Emergency room observation

Explanation:
"emergência observação" Still in the realm of wild guesses... the patient was in the emergency room for observation due to the symptoms listed next.

Objective examination: conscious, oriented, collaborative

Explanation:
This is the start of any medical examination. EO stands for Objective Examination and COC is for conscious, collaborative and oriented.
