Explanation:
Kontrak ini ditulis dalam bahasa yang ingin menimpakan segala akibat hukum yang buruk pada si pengguna akun, tanpa kerugian apapun bagi si penyelenggara layanan, apabila akun tersebut disalahgunakan. Oleh karena itu mereka menggunakan istilah “or otherwise” untuk mencakup segala kemungkinan kerugian yang mungkin timbul. Karena kerugian melekat pada suatu ‘pihak’ maka saya usulkan terjemahan seperti di atas.
