Ich vermute, das ist hier mit "matching funds" gemeint:

Allerdings weiß ich nicht, ob das stimmt. Meine provisorische Übersetzung lautet "Vorausgesetzt, uns steht im jeweiligen Interbankenmarkt das entsprechende Kapital zur Verfügung, [...]". Ich wäre für bessere Vorschläge von euch sehr dankbar!
