Thank you all very much. As I said, I was looking for the word "Diretoria" because in other parts of the text, it clearly refers to a department or division. So I think that the best translation for Diretoria would be department or division and for "Diretor Executivo de Marketing," it would be Chief Marketing Officer, as suggested by Lincoln. Asker: Thank you, but actually the word "diretoria" appears again on another page of the text and I cannot rewrite the sentence, because it would not make sense. I had thought of department.

Asker: Sure, the other sentence is: "A nova Diretoria Executiva de Marketing é composta por..." then it lists many departments that compose this larger department.
