Norwegian term or phrase: omstøtelige forhold
Trustee's report on a bankruptcy: investigates whether an "omstøtelige forhold" exists. Since in this case "ikke funnet grunnlag for å anmerke o.f.", the context was no help.

voidable
Explanation:
Omstøtelig is translated "voidable".

Hope this is of some help.

Explanation:
Ronald L. Craig, Stor Norsk-Engelsk juridisk ordbok, Universiteteforlaget, defines «omstøtelse» as «avoidance» (of a transaction) in Bankruptcy law.
(In Family Law it is interpreted as annulment but this form is no longer recognized in Norway as all marriages must be terminated in the ordinary way of separation/divorce)

I read this as: could the bankruptcy have been avoided if some (causative) action had not taken place.

A bank's recall of a loan could in some cases be claimed as «omstøtelig forhold» if the bank knew of the risk when it lent the money and the action directly led to the bankruptcy of the borrower.
