English translation:gimmick
Explanation:

gimmick
[Colloq.]
1 a) a secret means of controlling a gambling device b) anything that tricks or mystifies; deceptive or secret device
2 a) an attention-getting device or feature, typically superficial, designed to promote the success of a product, campaign, etc. b) any clever little gadget or ruse
[Webster's]

A 'nastawieni na bajer' to oczywiście 'gimmick oriented'

"At first glance, you may think this is gimmick oriented, etc.. but I can tell you that Corey has used every one of these products for quite a while, he really believes in them, and they are part of why he is successful. (that's also obvious) "

"The Running Man” show are the “stalkers”, who more than anything resemble
professional wrestlers with their catchy names and gimmick-oriented costumes."

super-duper

Explanation:
super-duper is a slang expression for bajer.
It could be "szpan" but also something extraordinary, fabulous (incidently, you can also use another slang expression - fab.
This is just fab!
This is super duper!
This is boss! (expression used in the 60's and 70's, but people that are considered "cool" are still using it.

Explanation:
