A part of a cocoa roasting system. I suspect this is a wrong translation from another language:
"Roasting machine TORNADO 8500 RS with roasting drum, main drive, hot air piping system, industrial burner. One water injection with one stop valve, one dirt absorber, one non-return valve, one electro-pneumatically operated ball valve, one by-pass valve, one flow counter, one rotary sealing head and injection tube with fixing device;"

si dovrebbe trattare di una tenuta meccanica tipo questa:

dalla foto si vede bene come è fatta, vedi se fa al caso tuo.

Si tratterebbe della parte superiore del corpo tenuta formata in pratica da due parte che vanno ad accoppiarsi per avvitamento, la parte sotto sarebbe la sede.
