sorry guys, but there's a clear difference between "damage" and "damages"

damages - is a compensation for any loss incured (i.e. personal injury, property damage, psycholigical injury...)

remedies - are certain legal measures/rights available to a party.

Hence you have the term "AVAILABLE" to the party.

Would you say "loss"/"injury"/"damage" available to the party? I don't think so.

Что касается перевода всего абзаца, то хотелось бы увидеть контекст шире. Пока получается вот что, но до конца мне смысл не ясен, так как не понятно в связи с чем у Консультанта возникает право требовать компенсации и в связи с чем ему принадлежат средства правовой защиты.

The Adviser agrees that a breach of one or more of the covenants of the Contract shall be sufficient cause for the Company to terminate the Adviser’s agreements with the Company in respect of the Project, and to declare them null and void, in which case the Adviser agrees that the Adviser shall forfeit any claim the Adviser shall forfeit any claim to any additional payments due to him under such agreements, in addition to being liable for any damages or remedies available to the Company under applicable law.

-the Company will have certain remedies;
-the Consultant will be liable for any damage/loss and will have to pay damages to the Company
