Inspired by Lai An's comment, I'd like to put some words:<br>知识内化 is already quite popular in practices, however in my eyes, it's a translation from "Knowledge Internalization" but little possibly derived from Chinese langue and it's of an academic term and especially used in corporation training circle, while "消化吸收" is informal and especially used for students and pupils... I donno exactly about Julia's context here. Her providing more details will surely help with a better help to her question:-)
Anyway from my sense on the question, I prefer to go with "消化掌握/吸收" in this case for reason of “consumed" after... |
