merci de me'enseigner sur la difference. C'est parce que vous chercher a copier la forme passive (souvent utilisee en anglais, mais rarement sur le Continent) que vous avez ces difficultes. J'ai voulu vous donner une forme differente et plus "lisse"

Asker: Merci atche, mais il y a bel et bien un *be* devant deemed. La forme est donc passive ... même en récrivant la phrase, l'entrepreneur (mon sujet) doit rester "passif" ! Merci encore.
