Ho trovato alcune traduzioni con capocantiere ma non mi convince perchè il testo si riferisce alla realtà svizzera e su wikipedia ho trovato una diversa definizione del ruolo del Bauführer per la Svizzera.
Credo che nello specifico del mio testo ci si riferisca all'accezione svizzera.

Per quanto riguarda la realtà svizzera ho trovato due pagine diverse che riportano la traduzione suggerita, insieme ai nomi di altri ruoli, che permettono di fare un confronto.
