so it looks like some osort of tick-the-box questionnaire, given the first person. Seeing the other administrative tasks listed might help eliminate ferries & sink duties. As (the other) Sheila says English expressions often mutate into acceptable French ones but I cannot vouch for 'bakc/bac/back' now meaning Back Office administrative duties.

This is actually a checklist of responsibilities written by the hotel itself, not by the employee. There aren't other "mistakes" in the document - does this change anything, in your opinion?

I don't want to seem awkward but I personally find that the French use "front" and "back office" in English dans le texte very often. I wonder whether English speakers use these terms as often as the French?

First line of the ref. is: "Le terme Bakc office regroupe ..." English silent consonants really throw the French (and probably speakers of other languages too). I couldn't count the number of times my husband's name has been written Jhon. BTW, the receptionists I have taught English to have spoken of their front and back office responsibilities.

Un réceptionniste peut très bien, en plus de ses fonctions normales, signaler le fait qu'il est capable d'effectuer d'autres tâches administratives.

Pas de rapport avec le nettoyage de quoi que ce soit puisqu'il s'agit des "tâches administratives" (administrative tasks).

It could be a container of some sort. Not sure we would use "back office" in a hotel and surely if we did a receptionist would be deemed "front office".
