както посочих и в справката, това е съд, който съхранява архив от протоколите на заседанията и от справките за другите дейности (призоваване, назначаване на вещи лица, разпити на свидетели и т.н.).
Това са протоколи и писмени документи И за устни волеизявления, за разлика от писменото производство, което означава, че цялото дело се води само в писмена форма.

в интернет има достатъчно информация и за двете.
освен това, на английски "писмено производство" си е written proceedings, нали?
за разлика от record = архив, протокол, записка

„Без да се засягат разпоредбите на член 115, параграфи 4 и 7 от регламент [№ 40/94], и ако не е предвидено друго в настоящите правила, в писмено производство пред Службата всяка страна може да използва който и да е от езиците на Службата.   -> не намерих нормален паралел на български език, затова не дадох официален отговор. шашват ме колегите, които просто цитират речниците, без да се интересуват дали това се използва на съответния език - "писмено производство"? за събиране на архив от протокол
