Hello,
I wish I can give you more context, but this is a header in a tax form: Fixed Asset Tax & City Planning Tax Register.
I'm not sure about the 土地区分所有 part, is it referring to a piece of land owned by the tax payer, or a land that is jointly owned by the tax payer with another individual? Or am I totally off base here? Any hints would be most welcome. Thank you in advance.

Asker: Hi, thank you for your answer. But I thought 家屋区分所有税額 is referring to condominium property tax, not 土地区分所有税額.
