Bus/Financial - Insurance
Spanish term or phrase: que trabajen a su servicio
This is from an employer's civil liability insurance. It mentions articles from two sources "que le formulen:
a) las personas que trabajen a su servicio y que estén amparadas por el Seguro Obligatorio de Accidentes de Trabajo."

Can I say "people/persons employed by the insured..."? I don't have the first part of the document so I don't know if "su" should be he, she or it.
Thanks.

its its employees and that are covered by the Social Security for work accidents

Explanation:
or accidents at work (instead of work accidents)
The insurer is not necessarily the employer, it is really the Social Security Department of the country.

Explanation:
As I understand this, que trabajen and esten amparados refers only to that proportion of the companies workforce covered by accident insurance
